Frequently asked questions
Who would most benefit from the Obasan Grand Organic Wool and Latex Mattress Topper?
This topper is designed for sleepers seeking luxurious cushioning with superior pressure relief and spine support. It combines latex and wool for contouring and temperature regulation, making it suitable for those who want plush comfort without sacrificing essential support.
What sets this topper apart from other latex toppers?
It features 2.25 inches of GOLS-certified organic latex sandwiched between 2 inches of organic wool, finished with 100% organic cotton piping. The wool helps regulate temperature and the latex provides plush, responsive comfort.
How do I set it up and use it for best results?
Place the topper on top of your mattress with the wool layer facing up. Use the organic cotton knit cover to minimize surface tension, and consider quilting as a way to keep the wool from shifting.
What materials is it made from and what does that mean day to day?
The topper uses GOLS-certified organic latex, organic wool from Corriedale sheep, and a GOTS-certified organic cotton knit cover. These materials support natural temperature regulation, plush cushioning, and a breathable surface.
How do I care for this topper to keep it in good condition?
For spot cleaning, gently scrub with a small amount of light soap and very little water. Avoid soaking; air dry as needed to maintain the integrity of the wool and latex.
What sizes are available so I can pick the right fit for my bed?
Sizes include Twin, Twin XL, Full (Double), Queen, King, and Cal. King, with the topper thickness at 3.5 inches.
